When the sun comes out in the UK in March, it’s exciting. There is an air of being busy, getting things done, and making the most of it. We have stuff to do, right? A sense of urgency because the sun is shining and as they say “make hay whilst the sun shines.”
Hello lovely. A gentle reminder: We are not quite in that season yet!
The contrast can be that you might feel you have so many plans but haven't aligned to them yet, and things in your head aren’t quite sorted, so the sense of urgency feels magnified because the year is a few months in.
Perhaps that which you imagined over winter hasn't happened yet…
We are in Spring, it is a very gentle energy. Nature planted her seeds last year, laying dormant under the soil. These seeds have been resting during winter.
Now that the seeds can sense spring, they begin to move, break through the soil and show themselves, gently, slowly, and courageously. Never quickly.
Snowdrops are still in bloom in our woods, and the daffodils are showing a peek of yellow, but it is early days still for 2025.
Soon, we will see the buds on the trees, and they will blossom at their own pace.
Nature is so intentional about getting ready for Spring and then Summer.
We would like to support you in doing the same.
On March 16th, our Step into Spring Event is about remembering what we wanted for 2025, shaking off winter and getting intentional.
By consciously connecting to our plans, goals and desires, like nature, we can watch our year unfold easily and effortlessly.
This is a day to put down the hustle and come into alignment with your 2025.
We are four expert facilitators and would be delighted to host you for the day, for your Spring Awakening.
A day of spiritual, physical, nutritional and emotional well-being.
