NEW workshop on Thursday 19th February: 'The Inner Lift:: Pelvic Power and sound bath. All are welcone.
This workshop will be suitable for those who might be new to yoga as well as those who are already practicing.
The yoga will focus on the importance of core and pelvic muscle tone especially for women. It will be followed by a sound bath for total relaxation and healing.

🌿 The Inner Lift: Pelvic Power & Sound Bath 🌿

You’re warmly invited to a relaxed and nurturing 2-hour yoga workshop for women, with a gentle focus on core and pelvic strength—supporting you to feel more grounded, strong, and connected in your body.

The pelvic floor plays an important role in everyday movement, posture, and overall wellbeing. This workshop offers a kind, accessible, and supportive approach to building awareness and strength in this vital area.

The yoga session will be led by Ann Kenney, a welcoming and experienced teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience. Ann will guide you through a gentle, supportive practice suitable for all levels, creating a safe and encouraging space to move, breathe, and feel good.

After yoga, you’ll be invited to sink into deep rest with a 45-minute sound bath, led by myself (Sam Kenney), founder of Sound+Soul by Sam. You’ll lie back, get cosy, and allow calming sound vibrations to wash over you—helping your body and mind fully unwind and reset.

⏰ Time: 2–4pm
📍 Location: The Morgan Centre, Crowthorne
💷 Cost: £30 per person
👥 Spaces: Limited to 20 participants

Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket, and anything else that helps you feel warm and comfortable during the sound bath (pillows welcome).

Happy New Year everyone. Its a good time to start 2026 with habits that nurture you and regular yoga practise is one of the best.
My Saturday class restarts on 10th January at 9.30-10.45 at The Morgan Centre.
This is an established yoga class suitable or beginners through to intermediate.

Start your Saturday with a yoga class. It's different from any other exercise. It's a great way to unwind for the beginning of your weekend and stay strong during this winter weather.

Nights are drawing in and the weather is deteriorating. Its starting to feel like winter. If you find getting out to a yoga class is less attractive, why not consider a Zoom class?
I run a one hour online class every Wednesday at 10am. Its suitable for beginners through to intermediate.

The Wednesday 10am zoom class is still going. This is recorded so just call or text if you want to join.

Flexibility doesn't decline just with age. It delines with disuse. But it can come back with gentle regular yoga. :)

There is always time for relaxation at the end of each class. When you relax deeply your body can recover. :)

Stiff joints are an unavoidable part of ageing, right? Stiffness might be common, but its possible to maintain and even regain your flexibility in steps and stages with regular practise of yoga. :)
