The Saturday class is restarting tomorrow at 9.30-10.45 at the Morgan centre. I am looking forward to seeing everyone. New people are welcome, just turn up. :)

The Saturday class is closed for August holidays, restarting on 6th September.
The Wednesday 10am zoom class is still going. This is recorded so just call or text if you want to join.

Flexibility doesn't decline just with age. It delines with disuse. But it can come back with gentle regular yoga. :)

There is always time for relaxation at the end of each class. When you relax deeply your body can recover. :)

Stiff joints are an unavoidable part of ageing, right? Stiffness might be common, but its possible to maintain and even regain your flexibility in steps and stages with regular practise of yoga. :)

There will never be a perfect time to start exercise.
