Morning & Evening Fitness Classes
6:15am – 6:45am | StepFit
Start your day strong with StepFit – a high-energy class designed to raise your heart rate, burn calories, and build endurance. This session is suitable for all levels (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), with adaptations available so everyone gets the most from their workout. With 20 spaces available, it’s the perfect way to wake up your body and mind.
6:15pm – 6:45pm | Legs, Bums & Tums
This class might sound tame, but don’t be deceived…espeiclaly mine – it delivers serious results. We’ll focus on movements that strengthen and sculpt your lower body and core, targeting:
• Quads, hamstrings, glutes, abductors, adductors, and calves
• Abdominal muscles including the internal and external obliques, transverse abdominis, re**us abdominis, and pyramidalis
By understanding the “why” behind each movement, you’ll not only feel the burn but also appreciate the purpose of the exercises.
