Well that was a blast! My first home ed fitness class which was circuit based and it went really well and it was amazing meeting the people that came. Thank you for putting the trust in me to coach you and your youngsters 🙂

Looking forward to seeing where this goes and meeting even more of you 😌

Morning & Evening Fitness Classes

6:15am – 6:45am | StepFit
Start your day strong with StepFit – a high-energy class designed to raise your heart rate, burn calories, and build endurance. This session is suitable for all levels (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), with adaptations available so everyone gets the most from their workout. With 20 spaces available, it’s the perfect way to wake up your body and mind.

6:15pm – 6:45pm | Legs, Bums & Tums
This class might sound tame, but don’t be deceived…espeiclaly mine – it delivers serious results. We’ll focus on movements that strengthen and sculpt your lower body and core, targeting:
• Quads, hamstrings, glutes, abductors, adductors, and calves
• Abdominal muscles including the internal and external obliques, transverse abdominis, re**us abdominis, and pyramidalis

By understanding the “why” behind each movement, you’ll not only feel the burn but also appreciate the purpose of the exercises.

💷 £5 per person, per class

HOME EDUCATED PARENTS AND CHILDREN -

I’m running a fitness class on Wednesday 17th from 1-2 at Brotton village hall for home educated parents and children. £5 per adult £2 per child

I have a what’s app group specific to home educated classes that will have all the class info and others I put in including times and days. This is also how I will be asking for attendance etc 😀

GENERAL PUBLIC - classes will be coming next week 🔥🔥🔥🔥

£5 per person - 16+

I’m also getting a public what’s app group sorted out for when I run classes for general public so if your interested in those please let me know below or message me 🙂

So I’m just testing the waters here. Im thinking of renting out Brotton village hall to run some fitness classes but I need to make sure I have the right amount of interest. I’d love to hear your ideas for classes you’d like to see in the area.

Here’s a few I’ve thought up:

- Circuit
- Step
- Legs, bum, and tums
- Bootcamp
- Mums and tums training (pre and postnatal women - I’m qualified in this field and believe it should be taught more)
- Dads and abs training
- Boxfit
- HIIT
-intro to calisthenics

And so on! Let me know if you’d be interested in any of these classes or drop a comment below at what you’d like to see . They will probably be £5 per class.

Also, let me know if you think AM or PM times would be best. I plan to run both eventually, but I’d need to have the right amount of interest.

Tonight’s workout consisted of hand stand push up practice, weighted pull ups and squats super set with weighted box jumps

Reason for this combo is to help with my gymnastics/ parkour training and to help with my explosive power when doing my flips. Not only that but I havnt been able to squat since my ankle injury back in September 2024 so it’s nice to be able to load weight on my shoulders again 😌

Hand stand push up- to help build over all shoulder strength, core stability and explosive power (that and I just love calisthenics)

Weighted pull ups to increase strength/ power in the back (plus they look unreal🤣)

Explosive squats (ass to grass) + weighted box jumps to increase over all push power from the floor (this will help increase my jump height when flipping) aswell as strengthen the legs and hopefully my ankle 🤣🤣

There are many other benefits to each of these exercises but I’d be here all day listing them 🔥

I’m very interested in teaching more people calisthenics so if your interested throw me a message and let’s see what we can do 💪🏼
