🚶‍♂️ 10,000 steps a day sounds hard… but it really isn’t.

Here’s the part most people don’t realise 👇
👉 1,000 steps ≈ 9 minutes of walking

That means:
• 2,000 steps = ~18 minutes
• 5,000 steps = ~45 minutes
• 10,000 steps = about 90 minutes total across the entire day

You don’t need one long walk.
You don’t need a gym.
You don’t need “perfect” conditions.

Just stack it into your day:
✅ 10-minute walk after meals
✅ Park a little further away
✅ Walk while on phone calls (be mindful of surroundings)

And if you can’t commit to going outdoors 👇
➡️ Grab a budget treadmill (places like Aldi have great options)
➡️ Stick on Netflix or the football
➡️ Walk while you watch telly

Zero extra time. Zero excuses.

Daily steps are one of the easiest fat-loss & health habits you can build —
and once you see how simple it is, it becomes automatic 💪
