From April 2025, Redcar Physiotherapy Clinic will have a small price increase on our Physiotherapy services, we have tried to avoid this over past few years, however unfortunately due to the increasing costs of the cost of living crisis, this is now required to ensure the future of our small business.

👶Postnatal pilates class for both mum and baby (up to 12 months).

This class is a mix of gentle pilates exercises for mum, nursery rhymes and baby yoga for baby to connect with baby through song and movement.

🌟When: Wednesday the 17th of April 9.30am for x6 weeks

🤰Pregnancy pilates class

This class is specifically designed to suit you and your growing baby. Gentle core and postural exercises to build and maintain core strength, along with stretching exercises to help ease any aches and pains. Prepare for birth with movements, breathing techniques and relaxation.

🌟When: Tuesday the 16th of April at 6.30pm for x6 weeks, 45 minute class with time for a relaxed group chat.
