More people feeling stressed.
Overthinking everything.
Stuck in their own head.

With everything going up - energy, fuel, bills.
Support is usually the first thing people cut out.

So instead of putting my prices up,

I’ve actually reduced them to make it easier for people to get help if they need it.

Everything is going up right now.

Fuel.
Bills.
Food.
Pressure.

For a lot of people, it’s not just financial,
it’s mental as well.

More stress.
More overthinking.
More pressure to keep everything together.

I see it every day in the conversations I’m having.

So I’ve made a decision.

Instead of increasing my prices like most businesses are right now.
I’m opening up a small number of 1:1 coaching spaces to make this more accessible.

Because the people who need support the most right now are often the ones putting it off.

I’d rather help more people at a lower rate right now than have people sat struggling on their own.

This isn’t therapy.
This is practical mindset coaching.

Helping you:
• get out of your own head
• build confidence
• handle pressure properly
• feel back in control again

Grief is a strange thing.

Some days you feel strong, other days it hits you out of nowhere over something small - a song, a smell, a quiet moment.

There is no timeline. No right way to do it. No finish line to reach.

Out there, someone somewhere probably needs to hear this today 🙏🏻

If you’re carrying loss right now, go easy on yourself.
Missing someone just means they mattered.

You don’t have to have it all together. You just have to keep going, one day at a time.

what would it be?

Here’s one that could change everything:

Stop worrying about what everyone thinks.

Most people are too busy worrying about themselves to judge you as much as you think.

Live your life.

Positive mental health isn’t about feeling great all the time.

Some days it’s just about getting up, doing the next right thing and not giving up on yourself.

Progress doesn’t always look like big wins - sometimes it looks like showing up when it would be easier to stop.

If today feels heavy, keep moving forward. Slowly if needed. You’re still moving.

I help people overcome anxiety, build real confidence, break unhelpful patterns and become a stronger version of themselves.

NLP is part of my background, but it’s not the focus. I use what works. That might be coaching, hypnotherapy, NLP tools, or a combination always based on what you need and what will move YOU forward.

The labels don’t matter, The results do.

My clients see genuine, lasting change because we work on the root of the issue, not just the surface level symptoms.

to make high‑quality mental health and wellbeing coaching more accessible for people across Teesside who can’t afford support.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠:

*Providing free mental health and wellbeing coaching sessions for people in genuine financial difficulty

*Using a range of approaches - including NLP, hypnotherapy, TFT and transformational coaching - to support anxiety, confidence, low mood, habits and emotional wellbeing

*Drawing on Master Practitioner‑level training and experience to tailor sessions to each person, rather than a one‑size‑fits‑all method

*Working in partnership with local businesses and organisations in Teesside who want to support community mental health

𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰, 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞.

Before we can start offering free sessions, we need to build a base of supporters and partners to help fund the work and cover the initial setup.

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 𝐈’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞:

*Reaching out to local businesses who’d like to be recognised as supporters of the CIC

*Putting together supporter packages and partnership options

*Setting up a referral route for people who need free support, once funding is in place

𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞:

*A business owner or organisation in Teesside who’d like to support community mental health, or

*Someone who wants to know more about how this will work
