Come & join us for a balancing gong bath, using sound frequencies to help bring a feeling of calm & balance to you. ✨

Kingfisher Dance Studios

We meet at the lockers between shoe-zone & the perfume shop at 2:45 ready to go to upstairs studio as a group.

Anyone coming to join us is encouraged to bring;
•Bottle of water
•Yoga mat (or comfy blanket)
•Pillow & Blanket optional (it can get cold lying still for so long)
