As the mid point of the year approaches I wanted to share some of the work we have been involved in 🔥

From delivering boxing and self defence at schools, community events, youth clubs and our very own self defence free teens class this last 6 months has been incredible.

We have engaged with over 175 young people and delivered in excess of 30 sessions!

I could not be more proud of the growth I have had the pleasure of witnessing.

To all the young people I have encountered thank you for being you and bringing your enthusiasm. I have loved every minute 🥰

Thank you to friends and business’ for your help and trusting me.

Let’s keep the momentum going as we head into the second half of the year 🥳🥳

New projects coming up:

💫 Aura project - featuring crystals, journaling, essential oils, herbs, soap, candles, cream making workshops and much more ❤️

🔥 ADHD Research project- we are looking for 5 more young people 11+ to join us for 6 weeks where will look into how sport, massage, Nada, reflexology and Indian head massage helps or not with ADHD. If interested please message for details.

Did you know Redditch has 7 youth clubs on offer every week most of them completely free 🥳

Not only that there are different sports clubs, from football, cricket, rugby and martial arts most of them offering first session free.

🥊 Self-Defence for Teens – Saturdays at 11:30am 💪

I’m running a no-cost self-defence class for teens every Saturday at 11:30am, and it’s honestly one of my favourite parts of the week.

It’s a chance for young people to build confidence, learn how to protect themselves, and be part of something really positive. The atmosphere is relaxed, supportive, and empowering – and no experience is needed!

If you’ve got a teen who could benefit from this, drop me a message to save them a space. I’d love to see them there!

The first half term of 2025 was a success 👏

1 school contract completed, another community project almost fulfilled.

Things behind the scenes have taken a huge leap forward, news on that to follow 🔥
