✨ Menopause Awareness Month ✨
Menopause is a natural stage of life — but that doesn’t mean the journey is always easy.
I went into early menopause at 42 following an operation, so I completely understand the hot flushes, sleepless nights, mood shifts, changes in skin, and dips in energy. It can feel overwhelming.
Now, a good few years into the journey, I can finally say that in the last 6–12 months I’ve felt back in control — rather than the menopause controlling me.
That shift has inspired me to learn as much as I can about how menopause affects women, and to provide the kind of education, support, and personalised strategies I would have really benefitted from.
