Welcome Millie Salmon to Apsida Life Science.

Millie has joined our growing Marketing and Operations team, supporting both the creative and operational sides of the business. Her role spans marketing, graphic design, and office management, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.

She’ll be focused on building brand awareness through digital content and visual designs, while also supporting office logistics, streamlining internal processes, and providing operational and administrative support across the team.

We’re pleased to have Millie on board and look forward to the impact she’ll make!

That’s a wrap on 2025.

While 2024 taught us important lessons around resilience and adaptability, 2025 was about putting those lessons into practice and coming out stronger.

Over the year, we promoted from within, welcomed new consultants through the academy, and brought in senior experience that raised the bar across the business.

We also opened our South Africa office, expanded our contracts capability, and strengthened our US presence with a larger Boston office and a growing East Coast team.

Everything we built in 2025 sets the tone for 2026, and we’re excited to see what comes next!

Happy Christmas Eve!�

We recently held our most anticipated annual tradition… Secret Santa.

This year everyone did pretty well, there were a mix of practical and thoughtful gifts, with plenty of golf balls, hats and hot sauce making an appearance.

It’s always a good way to wrap up the year, and a reminder that no one in the office is particularly subtle when it comes to Secret Santa.
