Many people experience conditions but don’t seek support or recognise the symptoms in themselves. Therapies can help.

As part of this national NHS campaign, EastEnders Star Shona McGarty who lives with , and former football player Clarke Carlisle who has , have joined others affected by common anxiety conditions to share their experiences.

In Surrey, you have access to DHC Talking Therapies. We are a free and confidential NHS service for anyone aged 17+ who is registered with a GP.

Our therapists teach practical skills and techniques to help you manage and overcome conditions like these.
