Walk for Jess

On the 8th-11th September we will be walking 86 miles along the South West Coast Path in memory of Connie's sister Jess.

We will be splitting any donations equally between Georgia's Voice and Alopecia UK.

Our fundraising page is now closed and a whopping £3570 each has been donated to Georgia's Voice and Alopecia UK! A total of £7140 was raised by so many generous donations, t shirt and hoodie sales, sponsorship from Tresco Island and an expedition into Tresco Abbey Garden's wishing well 🤯 A massive thankyou and well done to everyone who contributed whether through donating or joining us to walk, this money will make so much difference to two fantastic small charities 🙏 Jess would be very proud to know we had made a difference but she'd also think we were mad for walking so far 😅

The money given to Georgia's Voice will stay in Cornwall to help support young women aged 18-25 with mental health concerns through free support groups, well being activities and talking therapy 💜

The money given to Alopecia UK will continue to keep their website up to date with the latest information and advice, run local support groups across the UK, have someone at the end of the phone Mon-Fri, run private Facebook groups which offer support to thousands of people daily, hold national events and put funding into research projects 🌟

We made it! Blood, sweat, tears, many blisters and aches and pains later we have finished 88 miles of coast path in 4 days!

Another 60,000 steps, and 23 miles later and day 2 is done! Past the half way mark now! 😴 Luckily we swapped Waterproofs for Sunhats most of the way 😎 Thankyou to everyone who joined us on the way today and boosted us through some tough miles!
