Suneeta Lakshmi will locate any imbalances, give personalised advice in various areas such as nutrition, lifestyle, work, relationships, and sleep, and create your pre-PK, PK, or combination treatment plan.

☀️ Hydrate the Maharishi AyurVeda way during this heatwave ☀️

Pitta-balancing Reminder Tips:
● Drink room temperature or slightly cool water throughout the day according to thirst. Add slices of cucumber and fresh mint leaves for an extra cooling effect.

● Best choices of herbal teas are fennel, mint, lavender, rose bud, and chamomile as they are very soothing and cooling.

By making conscious choices, you can effectively balance Pitta during the summer and enjoy a more comfortable and revitalising season.
