Only 4 weeks in and my client is smashing it 💪🏻

A structured full body split 4 days a week and hitting her calories and protein everyday also allowing days for going out for food or a few drinks. Got to have a good balance or it will never last. Nothing fancy just doing the basics consistently.

This is just the start excited to see where she can get to 👏🏻

This is for the people who struggle to stick to a rigid diet plan.

You can still achieve your goal and enjoy yourself.

First of all you have to figure out what it is you want. Is it losing fat or building muscle? from there you have to find out how many calories you are burning everyday (this will be done for you on Boyd Fitness Academy) in simple terms if you are looking to lose fat, eat less than that number and if you are looking to build muscle then eat more.

So flexible dieting is eating 80% good whole foods and 20% what ever you want.

If you want to eat out just fit it into your total calories and make up for whatever is left.

If you are heading out for a drink at the weekend then just save some calories from during the week and use them at the weekend.

The way I see it is : you have a certain amount of calories per week and it’s up to you to manage them, if I am trying to lose weight then I’d make sure I didn’t go over it. Also if I had a bad day and ate way to much then the next day I would just rein it in a bit.

Is the gym intimidating? For me it’s not and I think it’s because I’ve been taught from a young age the technique and how to do everything and the more I went the better I got.

But I can definitely see why some people find it intimidating. This is natural when you are going outside your comfort zone in a new environment. This is how you grow! And the more you go the easier it gets.

Ps. No ones going to judge you and if they do then f*ck them. (Unless they are trying to help🤣)
