Tomorrow night is my last class before I take 4 weeks off for summer!
I hope to see you there- I’ve planned a really lovely relaxation for this session to end such a lovely run of classes so far this year

New people are very welcome if you want to give my class a try before I break for summer

We will be exploring relaxation, breathing and mindfulness techniques for wellbeing and grounding.

The price for this session is £9, this includes the cost of a little mindfulness journal
