Just a reminder class will finish a little later tonight- 20:30. I wanted to make sure our last session has a lovely relaxation at the end so we can finish with chilled and positive energy ☀️

Hi everyone, just a reminder that yoga isn’t on tonight. But we will be back next week (7th April 19:00-20:30) for our final class together before I take maternity leave!

Hi everyone, I’m so sorry but I am going to have to cancel yoga this week (31st March). I have a head cold that I’m struggling to shift and I don’t want to pass along any germs!

I’m gutted I’m having to cancel but next week is our last class together and I have designed a really lovely practice for us to end on.
This class (7th April) will be 15mins longer than usual so we will finish at 20:30

Again I apologise for cancelling this weeks session but I’d rather get myself better so we can end on a positive note together 🩷
