I started 2025 having relocated to the beautiful village of Southgate in Gower so… I thought it was also the right time to unveil a new image for ‘Gower Garden Therapies’ in keeping with my brand.

I’m absolutely delighted with my new logo and I just wanted to share a little preview of what you can expect.

Being self employed is not for the faint hearted, so when you unknowingly get voted for,
‘Best Massage Therapy Clinic of the Year’ 2025/26 in the Wales Prestige Awards and go onto win the title, it really is an accolade for a job you love doing.

Just taking a little break from renovating my house and working with clients. So here I am walking the beautiful coastline at Pennard cliffs in the sunshine with my dog. Even the cows are chilled and relaxed here in Southgate and loving the friendly, welcoming vibe of 3 Cliffs cafe which is just around the corner from Gower Garden Therapies. We all need to take some time out from our busy schedules to just sit down, take in the view, breath and enjoy some much needed wellbeing. ❤️

Just back from a romantic mini break in Gran Canaria feeling relaxed, recharged and rejuvenated! After a busy day and an incredibly emotionally challenging and difficult 18 months .. here I am relaxing, reflecting and enjoying what can only be described as the perfect sunset. It’s high tide and I’m feeling soothed by the gorgeous glow of the sun and the rhythmic wash of the sea. I just wanted to wish all my wonderful clients a happy, healthy 2025 and to thank you for your continued support. I’m now looking forward to reopening Gower Garden Therapies. Feeling blessed for my lovely blended family and sending a massive big thank you to my gorgeous man for emotionally navigating me through some difficult moments this year ! I really couldn’t have done it without you. You’ve made me laugh so much and have truly been there for me every step of the way! Thank you sweetheart!! 💚

My story

I have been a qualified massage therapist since 2010 and I’m passionate about holistic well being. As a registered independent Neal’s Yard consultant I use award winning products that are natural and ethically sourced in order to complement holistic health and beauty. Gower Garden Therapies opened its doors in 2019. My main aim was to create a bespoke and peaceful haven where you can switch off from the daily stresses of life and relax in a beautiful garden room nestled in the heart of Gower.
