We are having to undispense an increasing amount of prescriptions due to them not being collected.
We do not have the capacity to keep prescriptions hanging for any longer than 3 weeks so we encourage patients to pick up medication within 2 weeks of ordering.
If you are not on the text messaging services ask a member of the team to sign you up. This service is helpful to let you know your medication is ready.
