Huge credit for her first “big” comp with only 1 year of Weightlifting comp experience and only 2 months of focusing solely on Weightlifting.

‘The goal was to enjoy and take in the experience as it was my first “big” comp. Overall, although it wasn’t a comp PB total or the C&Js didn’t go as planned it’s probably the first comp I’ve done were I can say I really did leave everything out there and give my all for that day!!’ -

Always remember to enjoy what you do!
