Esther Nagle Yoga and Wellbeing I’m Esther, a yoga teacher and wellbeing coach helping women slow down, release stress & navigate menopause with more ease.

My classes & coaching are warm, inclusive & practical, supporting you to feel calm, resilient and at home in your body I’m Esther, a yoga teacher, wellbeing coach, and guide for women navigating the ups and downs of midlife and menopause. After my own journey of recovery and transformation, I’ve seen how powerful it is to have practices that bring calm, resilience, and joy into everyday life. Through my Yin and Hatha Yoga classes, wellbeing offerings, and menopause support, I create spaces where you can slow down, breathe, and feel at home in your body again. My approach is warm, inclusive, and practical. No pressure to be flexible or ‘perfect’, just simple tools to help you unwind, restore, and thrive. I’m based in the Rhondda, South Wales, and also work with women online.

What an amazing two days of learning. I'm feeling tired but very happy after completing the Myofascial Release module of Melanie Cooper Yoga and Jennie Wadsten Sharma's Level 2 Yin Yoga Teacher Training. I'll be bringing what I've learned to my Friday night Yin Yoga class in Cwmparc Community Centre, my wellbeing retreat at the end of the month, and maybe my Tuesday night mat/chair Hatha Yoga class in Canolfan Pentre. I'm so excited to develop my teaching in new ways thanks to Mel and Jennie's wonderful teaching 💜

Next is Yoga Nidra Teacher Training next weekend. Apparently that course is a bit like going on retreat, so I'm really looking forward to that!

Starting tomorrow (Monday October 6th), and I will be stating out drop in sessions, Lets Talk Menopause, at .

I'm almost at the end of my and am doing training to add to my coaching and Yoga teaching. Shelley hasn't got there yet, but is learning all she can so she is prepared and can support you. I bring my years of wellbeing work, she brings her fitness trainer expertise.

Wherever you are on your , we're there to provide you with information, support, a friendly ear, tea and biscuits, and a lot of care, loving humour and compassion.

On , what better way to spend the day than learning with my two favourite new teachers, and .wadsten. I am so grateful to them for all they are teaching me, and for the lovely human beings they are.

After certifying as a teacher a few weeks ago, I'm now learning about how to add to my Yin classes. It's very cool!

This morning's chair yoga at Cwmparc Community Centre was lovely, with 5 ladies taking part. We had some lovely pastries to enjoy with our post class yoga and chat as well. I'm looking forward to getting to know them better over the weeks and months to come, and helping them improve their wellbeing through yoga.

Tomorrow, we have our Info Fest. I'll be there with Shelley Caviell, my fellow Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, sharing information about our Menopause offerings this month, and I'll be doing a taster chair yoga session, while Shelley will be doing a fitness class.

One very happy yoga teacher leaving Canolfan Pentre tonight.

One of the women who has started coming since the first chair yoga class told me that she has noticed significant improvements in her breath since she's started. Given how important learning to breathe well was for my own wellbeing, this was just about the best thing I could be told. I love when people share how yoga is helping them!

Let’s be honest.... menopause is the full-time job no one applied for, or prepared you for. The hot flushes, brain fog, the non existent energy all day, and nights spent fighting with your duvet. And that's a good day!

It’s a lot. And you still have to get on with life, taking care of family, doing your job, remembering what….um, what was I talking about?

That’s why I’ve created The Meno Pause, a retreat day designed to help you press pause, breathe deeply, and remember that you are so much more than your menopause symptoms.

On October 26th, we’ll gather in a beautiful, supportive space in Cwmparc Community Centre to

Artemis hasn't quite got the hang of what to do with a yoga mat. Loki is watching, wondering when her sister is going to stop messing about so they can start their Yoga class.
