I did a thing lately… 🤍

I’ve been investing in my own health and started a course of pelvic floor treatments with the lovely Charlotte at Female Health Matters, using their advanced Powerform chair.

It’s completely non-invasive (you literally just sit there fully clothed while it does the work for you), and the results have honestly been incredible.

Here’s my review after 5 sessions…

✨ I honestly can’t recommend Charlotte enough.

I’ve just completed 5 out of 6 sessions with her, and the improvement I’ve experienced in such a short space of time has been incredible.

Something as simple as sneezing used to be a worry for me, and now it’s no longer an issue at all, which has made a huge difference to my confidence and day-to-day life.

I’ve also noticed a real improvement in my pelvic floor strength, which has enhanced my comfort and confidence on a more personal level. Making everything down there tighter. 😮👌👌
