These engineers are trained to minimise breakdown times and to look for long term solutions for machine reliability. We offer onsite scheduled repairs as well as 24hr emergency cover if required. We are not tied to any single manufacturer and currently repair most makes of industrial laundry equipment. All our equipment is installed and commissioned by R Brown Specialist Laundry Engineering’s skilled team of engineers. This ensures minimum disruption to production schedules and enhances equipment efficiency. R Brown Specialist Laundry Engineering has the team to tackle the job for all your machine relocation or installation requirements. We have a small team of fabricators and a designer who can manufacture most parts to your specifications and provide up to date solutions for all your control panel needs, be it from a washer extractor panel, to a batch washer and tumble drier panel or even a complete bag system. We offer breakdown and holiday/sickness cover for your engineering department. We can offer a full pipeline installation service, for all your steam, gas and air requirements. We repair all types of industrial laundry machines, we can offer PLC upgrades to all of your existing laundry equipment. Baker Perkins Calendars, Cherrytree washers, Futurail bag systems, Spencer Washer extractors, Kent and Passat Tumblers to Weir Folders, to name but a few. We also offer a 24 hour a day callout service.
