ADHD brain is:
“I’ll just sit down for 5 minutes…”
→ 2 hours later
→ 14 tabs open
→ halfway through 3 different tasks
→ forgot what the original task was
BUT…
you did learn something random, reorganise a drawer and reply to one message
So… progress?
Honestly though, this is why having structure around your time can be so powerful.
Not rigid. Not strict.
Just… supportive.
Because your brain isn’t broken.
It just works differently.
