“I’ll just sit down for 5 minutes…”

→ 2 hours later
→ 14 tabs open
→ halfway through 3 different tasks
→ forgot what the original task was

BUT…
you did learn something random, reorganise a drawer and reply to one message

So… progress?

Honestly though, this is why having structure around your time can be so powerful.

Not rigid. Not strict.
Just… supportive.

Because your brain isn’t broken.

It just works differently.

A lot of people think ADHD is about not being able to focus.
But actually…

it’s often about not being able to START.

You can:
✔️ know what to do
✔️ want to do it
✔️ have time to do it

…and still not do it.

That’s executive function.

Things like:
• starting tasks
• organising
• switching between tasks
• finishing things
• remembering what you were doing

When these aren’t working well, life can feel like you're constantly behind… even when you're trying really hard.

This is where support, structure and the right tools make a massive difference.

It’s not about “trying harder.”
It’s about doing things differently.

Ever paid the “ADHD tax”?
You know…

• forgetting to return something
• missing a deadline
• paying extra for paying a fine late
• buying something again because you lost the first one

It’s not laziness.
It’s not because you “don’t care enough.”
It’s usually:

• overwhelm
• time blindness
• too many steps in the task
• your brain saying “nope, not today”

And those small things quietly add up…

financially, mentally, emotionally.

This is exactly the kind of stuff I help my clients with.

Not the big dramatic life changes…
but the everyday things that make life feel harder than it needs to be.

It’s a full year since I went full time coaching ADHD clients and I’m loving what I do! I’ve worked with around 30 clients over that time, most staying with me for more than 12 sessions…
