I thought I would share this video from the lectures we attended back in March. Please watch Dr Michael Greger, I found him a little annoying in terms of his delivery at first, however he is a dedicated New York doctor who is well respected and published and gives his money he makes from lecturing to his foundation.

This is the difference...most medics concentrate on 'fixing' a person once they are ill. If we look after ourselves, we stand to have a better quality of life- fact!

For those of you that have talked to me about diet; know that I've been fasting on a regular basis for nearly 18 months. One man who listened to me has lost two stone before having his cardiac surgery through sensible fasting- well done to him! This is what excites me about my hobby, I don't call it a job, because I love it so much- it's the extra change I can help with in people's lives that really makes a difference.
