The Wise Owl speaks.

How to begin healing emotional wounds.

There comes a time in every soul’s journey when a truth reveals itself and that is no one else can heal you.

For many seasons, you may believe that if you keep giving, keep helping, keep pouring yourself into others, the ache inside will soften. And though the warmth of connection can soothe for a moment, true healing… begins not in the outer world, but in the sacred solitude of your own heart.

Think of a wound upon the skin. Before it can close, it must be cleansed. If you leave it in the dust, in noise, or in chaos, it festers. So too with the wounds of the spirit. If you carry them into drama, distraction, or old habits of escape, they deepen.

The first step, my child, is courage - courage to face the wound, to say yes, this pain is mine.
In that claiming lies power, for when you own your feeling, you also uncover its medicine.

Turn, as I do, to the teachings of nature. If you carry rage, grief, or sorrow, find its form in the world around you. A heavy stone, a jagged branch, even the softness of a feather. Hold it, see it, and remember the feeling is real, but it does not define you.

Then, the cleansing must begin. Just as rain washes the earth, you too must wash the spirit. Salt upon the skin, water flowing clear these simple steps remind you of the tenderness within, and of the release that follows.

Yet hear this no one else can cleanse your wounds others may offer comfort, a kind word, a gentle touch. But if you give your pain away, waiting for another to carry it, you remain bound to them.

True healing requires responsibility.

As children, we are soothed by the voice that whispers, “There, there, it will be okay.” But as adults, healing is different it asks of you to claim what is yours.

Your joy, your sorrow, your anger, your love they all belong to you alone.

When you hand them away, you hand away your personal power.
When you reclaim them, you return to your own heart.

So see your wounds not as curses, nor weakness. They are sacred places, holding medicine that no one else can give.
In tending to them with honesty in cleansing them with care you reveal the strength and wisdom that has always been yours.

The medicine of healing is simple, though never easy

Look at the wound.
Acknowledge it as yours.
Cleanse it, body and spirit.
Claim your feelings.
Receive the wisdom hidden within.

This is sovereignty.
This is wholeness.

For the freedom you seek is not out there in someone else or some place else it has always lived within, waiting for you to turn inward, to listen, to rise.

Remember this child of the earth the truest healing asks for no applause, no validation, no witness.

It is quiet. It is unseen. It belongs to you.

And in this truth, you are free.

Owl Medicine.

Looking for some guidance from people understand the lineage.

Dandelion Soul Sanctuary

A Natural Space for Peace, Renewal & Spiritual Wisdom.
Where presence, care, and renewal meet guidance and insight.
For everyone who gives so much of themselves this sanctuary is for you.
Step into nature. Pause. Breathe.
Find stillness, peace, and gentle support.

A quiet space to Write, rest, reconnect, and receive insight, spiritual healing, knowledge, and wisdom for every area of life.

Finding areas of quiet and calm are virtually impossible in the North of England.

Brick buildings within spaces for other therapists isnt in nature or the right frequency. im looking for rural spaces unoccupied at the same time away from urban areas to run writing workshops to offer healing and to teach the knowledge and wisdom that works.

I may bin my decades of knowledge as although the energy of the world is changing my decades of intense inner healing is wasted in this lifetime. I've said this before energy frequency and vibration are everything if my purpose for the last part of my life is not in this area then where is my purpose for Being?

Im very aware this relates to my mother and grandmothers lineages past for the esoteric and spiritual wisdom and my role with to carry on the bloodline or as ive healed deeply the ancestral trauma down my parents, grandparents lineages is it time to stop and let the legacy end with my mothers death.

And how do I Be without the sence of identity within my DNA and lineage lines.

Today, I chose to step beyond the edges of my comfort zone not a physical boundary, but a quiet, persistent edge within the subconscious mind

A familiar wall i built long ago, rooted in emotional wounding from two decades past.

With the gentle yet profound guidance of Tiffany Stephens, I was able to shift something old and heavy like finally laying down a burden I didn’t know I was still carrying.

Tonight, as the Moon dances with the Seven Sisters in the night sky, their celestial embrace offers a tender space for healing.

The energy is ripe for emotional restoration, deep inner listening, and reconnection with the sacred feminine.

This is a portal a soft invitation into stillness, reflection, and soulful integration.

And so tonight I begin to weave the threads of today’s transformative work into the tapestry of my becoming.

To Tiffany thank you.

Your compassion, wisdom, and healing presence have held me through many seasons of growth. You continue to help me move mountains I once believed immovable.

I am deeply grateful.

Untangling the mind with Carl jung

The inner healing journey is at times quite brutal in understanding our internal mind to understanding the world around us. Here are some things ive learnt and continually come back to when healing uncomfortable emotions.

We are all born dependent, entering the world into families that are themselves shaped by the broader society they live in.

From our earliest days, we begin to absorb messages both spoken and unspoken about what parts of ourselves are acceptable and what parts are not.

These messages don’t come from some universal truth they are deeply subjective, rooted in the values, fears, and limitations of the specific family and culture we are born into.

For example, in my childhood home one child was encouraged to be quiet and obedient, while another was taught unconsciously to be loud and assertive through the unspoken words and behaviour of our culture we grew up in.

The traits that are nurtured versus those that are suppressed, it wasnt what happened to us and more about our environment we grew up in.

As we grow up, we unconsciously split ourselves into acceptable and unacceptable parts.

The traits that are validated such as kindness, independence, or discipline become part of our conscious identity we might display.

The traits that are rejected like anger, vulnerability, or selfishness get pushed into the unconscious. But they don’t disappear. They remain within us, unseen but still active.

Since we’ve disowned these parts of ourselves, we often project them onto others. Projection is a psychological defense mechanism we unconsciously attribute to others the traits we cannot accept in ourselves.

For example, someone who denies their own competitiveness might see others as overly aggressive or ruthless, without realising they are actually seeing a reflection of themselves.

This is where overcompensation comes in. When we repress certain traits, we often go too far in the other direction to prove we are not what we fear.

A person raised to believe that showing emotion is weak might become emotionally cold or overly stoic.
If someone is taught that being vulnerable is scary they may pride themselves on being fiercely independent to the point of isolating themselves.

Overcompensation is a strategy we use to avoid the discomfort of confronting the parts of us we’ve been taught to reject. It's a way of keeping our internal world in order but it often leads to rigidity, imbalance, and disconnection from our full humanity.

Through my studies i learnt from Carl Jung a great psychiatrist and psychoanalysis whose work i connect deeply with bring peace for my own mind, referred to these denied parts of the psyche as the “Shadow.”

He believed that everyone has a shadow the part of the self made up of all the traits we’ve been taught to reject. The more we deny the shadow, the more it unconsciously controls us often in the form of projections or emotional reactivity.

However, the shadow is not bad in itself. It contains not only our so called negative traits but also vital aspects of our power, creativity, and authenticity that have been buried.

True growth requires integrating these disowned parts of the self. This means becoming aware of our projections, questioning the values we’ve internalised from our families and society, and reclaiming what we have pushed away.

Integration doesn’t mean acting out every impulse or glorifying the shadow, but rather holding space for our full humanity the light and the dark with awareness and compassion.

Only when we accept the truth of our own mindsets can we begin to live from a place of authenticity rather than unconscious reaction.

Healing takes courage, acceptance of self and a whole lot of facing reality yet once we do we gain a freedom within our mind no one can take awa.

This information is true for me born out of personal experience, ancient methods and traditions.

Comfort zone the Pathway to growth.

Last night i did some soul searching to my own Coyote behaviour looking at where i trip myself up in certain areas. A painful realisation that my behaviour related to fear ego and limitation, once again.

There is nothing comfortable about the comfort zone mentality. So much of life is lived within invisible walls not built from bricks, but from familiarity we cling to the known, not because it fulfills us, but because it feels a safe predictable and controllable space.

But safety isn’t always freedom.

Our comfort zone can become a quiet prison one that keeps us from what we truly desire and deeply need. It tells us that the unknown is dangerous, that unfamiliar paths lead to failure, and that stepping off the edge will cause us to fall.

But here’s the truth of my behaviour as I sat with the realisation I don’t actually fear the unknown I fear what i imagine might happen there.

Our minds project past pain onto the future it replays old failures, past rejections, moments we have fallen from grace that have convinced us those ghosts will meet us again if we dare to step forward.

So we stay still. We stay safe. We stay stuck.

But what if we let go of those projections?

What if we stopped assuming the worst and started believing in possibility?

Stepping out of the comfort zone isn't about being reckless it's about being brave. It's about choosing growth over stagnation, curiosity over control, and freedom over fear.

The life you’re capable of the one you dream about is not found in the well lit familiar places.

It waits for you in the unknown, the uncomfortable feelings within.
It waits for you just beyond your comfort zone.

A shift in perspective can see change happen fast.

I suddenly understood what I was avoiding that opened a doorway for the fear and ego to walk out of.

For anyone in a difficult headspace.

When you finally decide to believe in yourself, something magical happens your inner superhero shows up (cape optional, but highly recommended).

Life suddenly starts cheering you on like a personal cheer leader throwing confetti and saying, You got this!

Let’s be honest sometimes all we really need is someone (or something) to say,

Don’t worry, it will all work out.

Even if we have no idea how it’s going to work out, we keep going anyway half determined, half confused, but fully fabulous.

If we just trust the journey and stop obsessing over every little detail, life becomes more of a mystery adventure and less of a panic inducing puzzle.

And as for doubt. You’re not getting taken down by something so flimsy If anything tries to stop you, you'll rise like a caffeinated phoenix stronger, funnier and possibly with better hair. 😀

Nothing can stop you now. You've got this... and the universe knows it. It's your greatest supporter.

If I can do it....... then so can you. 💙

When No One Claps – The Sacred Path of the Different Ones

Some of us didn’t come here to fit in.
We came to remember.
To break ancestral chains,
to burn contracts we never signed,
and to walk into silence —
with nothing but truth in our hands.

And so we learn to heal alone.

No applause.
No celebration.
Just the quiet knowing:
“I did not abandon myself today.”

We finish a training…
…no one claps.
We shift our entire way of eating…
…they say we’re obsessed.
We cry alone through detox, let go of trauma, stop giving our body to those who don’t see us…
…and they call us dramatic.

But we are not here for applause.
We are here for truth.

This is the path of the spiral walkers.
Those who walk back into the wound
not to suffer, but to reclaim the medicine.

You are not broken.
You are different.

And that difference is sacred.

You feel deeper.
You carry more.
You remember things no one taught you.

And sometimes…
your joy scares people.
Your softness makes them defensive.
Your glow reminds them of everything they buried.

To all who walk alone right now:
You are not alone.
You are just ahead.

You are the one your lineage prayed for.
You are the beginning of a new sound.

Let them be silent.
You are becoming music.

You can share this if it resonates. And if you need to cry today — that, too, is sacred.

With love,
Lee
