Sports Massage is a deep tissue massage designed to release tight muscles, ‘iron-out’ knots in muscles and enhance sports performance by optimising muscle function. It is not limited to sports people – anyone can benefit from a deep tissue massage to feel freer and help correct postural habits.

I often get asked if I ever go for a massage and yes I definitely do!
Reasons why:
- If I didn't believe in the amazing benefits of massage, then I'm in the wrong job.
- I believe it's important for me to be reminded how it feels to be the one on the couch. How nice the nice bits feel and how those tender bits can sometimes feels a bit painful.
