First Friday of every month • 10:00–11:30 • Sevenoaks

Do you ever feel like life is moving at a hundred miles an hour — constantly juggling, rushing, and trying to stay on top of everything on your to-do list?

What if, just once a month, you took a moment to slow down — to breathe, reset your nervous system, and find your center again?

The Health Hub, together with The Mindfulness Collection, invites you to a beautiful monthly Meditation & Cacao Circle — a gentle “time-out” to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

Our session will commence with sharing a warm cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, known for its heart-opening and grounding qualities, before moving into a guided meditation to restore stillness and balance.

Whether you’re new to meditation or have an existing practice, you’re warmly welcome to join us.

Our first circle takes place on Friday, 7th November, from 10:00–11:30 in Sevenoaks. Come as you are — and take a moment to breathe.
