Sometimes you've just got to go with an instinct and embrace something new.
Did you know I am now offering The Rewind Technique?
This is a stand alone or blended practice to support individuals on processing trauma.
For my practice this new Technique will expand and compliment the work I already undertake.

February employee of the month goes to head of HR, Nin.
Her terms of business are second to none. She gives every ounce of herself to the job. She is quite the twinkle toes across the keyboard, she gives cuddles on her terms only and leaves you with a fluff patch just to remind that she is important.
She misses no one out and makes guest appearances online and can be heard purring on the phone.

Client feed back is always welcome as it allows individual expression of experience. It is also a great tool for those wishing to explore therapy. It can be a difficult task to make a decision on who to work with. So sharing feedback is important.
Today I received this feedback that I would like to share. I hope it helps you. The feedback is posted anonymously and with permission.

'My sessions provided me with a valuable mindful space to reassess and strengthen work-life balance, enhance self awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and make intentional, sustainable change for the future.'

Did you know I offer groups to support mental health?

Mental health groups, including support groups and therapy groups, offer profound benefits by reducing isolation, providing a safe space for open, non-judgmental communication, and fostering a sense of community. Participants gain valuable coping strategies, improve social skills, and increase self-awareness through shared experiences, leading to better emotional resilience and lower levels of depression and anxiety.
Key benefits of mental health groups include:
Reduced Isolation and Increased Belonging: Connecting with others who share similar struggles reduces feelings of loneliness, fostering a sense of community and understanding.
Shared Coping Strategies and Information: Members share practical, lived-experience advice on managing mental health conditions, providing, or, a form of peer support that complements professional treatment.
Improved Emotional Regulation and Self-Awareness: Open, honest communication in a safe environment helps individuals identify their own patterns, biases, and emotional triggers, fostering personal growth.
Enhanced Social Skills and Confidence: Group settings provide a safe space to practice communication skills, voice emotions, and receive encouragement, which builds self-esteem.
Accountability and Motivation: Regular attendance and mutual support from peers encourage members to stay committed to their treatment and recovery goals.
Cost-Effective Care: Group therapy is often as effective as individual therapy while being more accessible and efficient.
These groups are especially effective for dealing with depression, social anxiety, and navigating challenging life transitions.

As it's the end of the first month of 2026, I thought it would be a great idea to embrace my team with an employee of the month!
So here's Curly.
She is an exceptional team member, always ready to provide cuddles and comfort.
She is humble in receiving of tasty snacks, encouraging fitness levels through walking, and occasionally running off, apparently that helps with cardio!
She loves to provide endless sloppy licks and kisses, usually on her terms.
She even supplies huffing and puffing, just so you know she's always avaliable and just an inch away.
Her dedication is immeasurable.
Well done Curly 👏 🤣
Make life fun....enjoy the little moments ❤️
Don't panic!! Her prize was a tasty sausage treat...I say was as it didn't last a minute!

A busy week has been had with lots of reflections. Making changes now and taking control of the future is really important to my practice, particularly as we reach the latter weeks of the year.
So over the next few weeks, may be months, my contol will be growing in strength.
However, today is Friday and its chill time because that too is in my control.
