Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week (4th–10th May 2026) is a national campaign focused on encouraging open conversations about mental health before, during, and after pregnancy.

It offers an opportunity for everyone to come together to highlight maternal mental health by increasing awareness of the challenges parents experience, advocating for women and families affected, and addressing stigma through shifting attitudes.

Here at Bumble & Bee, we hope to provide a safe space for everyone, where they feel seen, supported and heard.

A kind word, a smile, or a 'How are you really doing?' can brighten someone's day, and we hope that those are all felt here at Bumble & Bee.

Together, we create a village.
