Yesterday we received an emergency call from one of our HMO property management clients — a significant mould issue had been identified within one of their properties.
Situations like this can’t wait.
Because we understand the compliance pressures and tenant safety responsibilities our clients carry, we were able to mobilise quickly and schedule a specialist mould treatment clean for the very next day.
Mould treatment is a specialist service within Razzi Dazzle Clean. Not all of our technicians are trained in this area — yet.
However, in line with the evolving needs of our property management clients, our goal is to have our full team specialist-trained by the end of the year.
Why? Because we listen.
If our clients identify a pain point… we look at how we can build a solution around it.
If there’s a compliance risk… we train, systemise, and operationalise.
If there’s a gap in service… we evolve.

Because the more we understand the legislative pressures, licensing requirements, and operational challenges they face… the better we can adapt our services to support them.
