The lies about mould and the law. It only applies to social housing at the moment. However it is coming for the private rented sector but NOT YET!!! There are people claiming the changes are coming from 1st May. I have not seen any evidence of that…yet

Lesson of the day....cheap is not always better!!!

Landlord asks for a quote for a deep clean of his property a few weeks ago. The tenant has left it in a mess and it needs a clean before he puts it on the market to sell. We quote but we are too expensive for him. After many back and forth emails informs me that he has gone with a cheaper company, we thank him for his time and wish him luck with the sale.

The clean was meant to happen today!!!

6:45am I get a call from said landlord. Yes, I answered at that time of the morning....guess what? that cheap company cancelled on him and he now wants my team to go in and do the clean today!!!!!

Unfortunately my team are all out on jobs and today is the only day the clean can happen! Opps I guess he will be cleaning it himself! That's around 16 hours of cleaning...Poor guy. I really do feel for him, but this is what happens when you go with the cheaper offer!

I love reviews like this. We work closely with our hosts to make sure everything runs smoothly. Now of course it doesn’t always!!! So many variables with SA but we are alert and we communicate with the host in real time ensuring all is great for the next guest. We also do the same for our HMOs and other cleans too.

Now let be honest again… things can go wrong but it’s how you communicate (that goes both ways) and how you trouble shoot is the key to success and a happy working relationship.

We are honest and love to educate our clients on workflow and methods to keep their property in tip top shape. It’s a team effort and that is when you really win…when everyone does their part.
