🕒 Hours: Full-time or part-time · Work alternate weekends · Competitive pay + weekend enhancements
We’re looking for caring, reliable people to join our team to support our 17 wonderful residents. If you enjoy genuine connections, a supportive environment, and a workplace that feels like family — this is the place for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting residents with personal care and daily routines
• Supporting meals, activities, and social engagement
• Helping maintain a safe, happy, and comfortable home
• Learning and following care plans and documentation
• Being part of a friendly, fun team
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in care is welcome, but not essential — we provide full training
• Kindness, patience, and reliability
• Team players with a sense of humour (essential!)
• Willingness to work alternate weekends
