Music has a beautiful way of bringing people together, and our Memory Café in Chepstow on 15 March was a lovely reminder of that. 💙

With our theme “Melodies of the Heart,” we shared songs, smiles, memories, and special moments that filled the room with warmth and connection. From familiar tunes to heartfelt conversations, it was a joyful afternoon celebrating the power of music and companionship.

We’re collecting Easter eggs to share with older adults across the Newport and Monmouth areas on Easter Sunday — and we’d love your support.

A small gift can mean so much, and together we can make sure more seniors feel remembered, celebrated, and included this Easter. 🐰🌷

It's more than just tasks, it's about having time to share a story over a cup of tea or a stroll through Belle Vue Park or Drybridge Park. We prioritise the relationship, not just the checklist.
