Tyn y Coed Care

Tyn y Coed Care is looking for compassionate, reliable Care & Support Workers to join our dedicated team. If you’re passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.

At Tyn y Coed Care, we provide high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. Our focus is on dignity, respect, and helping individuals live fulfilling, independent lives.

🧩 The Role
As a Care & Support Worker, you will:
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice
• Support individuals with emotional and social needs
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
• Work as part of a friendly, professional team

🌟 What We’re Looking For
• A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a positive work ethic
• Experience in care is desirable but not essential — full training provided
• Full driving license preferred

In Loving Memory of Our Colleague and Friend, Debbie Evans

Debbie worked at Tŷn Y Coed for ten and a half years, and in that time she became so much more than a support worker.

She was a gentle, kind, and bubbly presence who brought warmth into every room she entered.

She supported individuals with genuine compassion and patience, always going the extra mile.

She built meaningful relationships with the people she supported and with every member of our team.

Debbie leaves behind a lasting memory here. One that we will carry with us. She was loved by us all, and she will be deeply missed by colleagues and the individuals whose lives she enriched.
