The menopause and associated symptoms can be a challenging time for any woman. Not only physical symptoms, but emotional shifts at this time also.
Women can experience night sweats, hot flashes, disturbed sleep, and brain fog amongst others. With the right support, there are ways to make the menopause more manageable.
Reflexology can be a good way to support a woman experiencing menopausal symptoms. By targeting specific reflex points, reflexology can help with hormonal balance βοΈ 
Taking a holistic approach, we look at other lifestyle factors that can help support you alongside the reflexology itself. The menopause is a transitional time, and it can often mirror other life events for a woman. Together we can look at lifestyle, diet and exercise.
