I would like to thank each and everyone of you for your continuous support over the years and I would like to welcome again all our new patients we have gained throughout 2025 it’s been a pleasure. We cannot wait to see you all achieve and grow throughout 2026, relationships, work changes, babies, self care, confidence, mindset and everything inbetween. However, for some of you Growth may have come from a type of sacrifice or hurt and I truly hope those of you that haven’t had the best year in 2025 are able to see your way into 2026 with something positive to look forward to. You’ve got this 💪🏽
It’s ok to not be ok. But what’s not ok is to not no when you need to seek help.
For many of you our clinic appointments have turned into some type of counselling session, we’ve hugged, cried and directed some of you to help. However, many don’t have a supportive network, please go to your GP or a help lines you can call is Samaritans 116-123 open. 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
