I’m ending this extremely busy week with another exciting update. 🎉

I’m half way through my hypnotherapy case studies now and discovered this weekend that 1 of the lovely ladies, I had the pleasure of hypnotising actually stopped smoking after her first session and as of yesterday was 5 days smoke free. I cannot begin to express the excitement and giddiness this news has given me.

When case studies are done… I shall be taking clients for hypnosis…. I’ll keep you updated.

Our lovely Home Healing Sanctuary.

This weekend floor was scrubbed within an inch of its life. Martha ‘the therapy plant’ 🍀🌿 has been repotted as she was looking a bit sad! She looks to be grateful… which is all good till she loves life so much, she gets so big and starts leafing it about on the massage bed with you… but we’ll deal with that when the time comes.

All ready for this weeks onset of beautiful clients wanting that time out to rest and replenish, revitalise and heal.
