✨ Meet Martha — My Unexpected Therapy Assistant ✨

If you’ve been in my treatment room, you might have met Martha — my beautiful Monstera plant. She’s been quietly growing alongside my work for a while now… but lately, she’s decided to really flourish.

In fact, she’s thriving so much that I’m now doing a kind of gentle “plant yoga” around her during massages — manoeuvring my way past her giant leaves like some sort of spa ninja. 🪴💆‍♀️

This week, I’ve decided Martha needs a little TLC of her own. She’s getting a bigger pot (special compost is on its way!) and a fresh new spot in the room so we can both move more freely. Hopefully, this will keep her leafy enthusiasm slightly more under control… but knowing Martha, she’ll just see it as more space to grow.

Here’s to the plants that grow with us, the rooms that hold our work, and the little stories that make our therapy space feel like home. 💚

“I Wasn’t Going to Add Another Thing… But Then This Happened”

I’ve quietly been exploring something behind the scenes lately — not to add another service, not to chase another qualification… but to understand me.

✨ It’s called numerology, and at first, I thought it would just be another tool.
But what it’s shown me is so much deeper.

It pointed straight to something I’ve always known but haven’t fully owned:
That I scatter my energy. I chase courses. I learn and learn… but sometimes I forget to just be the light I already am.
