Our Saturday night….

Wow! What an incredible event!

Last night Craig and I held a Breathwork & Sound session at The Gong Space in Derby. As you can clearly see, I was in my absolute element!

I will post the highlights a little later but I can’t tell you how powerful these modalities are together.

Our January event at our studio is already fully booked, the one after is in April but we may be persuaded to put on an extra session 😜💜🌙

The Crown Chakra is the seventh and final energy centre, located at the top of your head. It’s all about your connection to yourself, to life, and to something greater than you, such as, spirit, the universe, nature, Mother Earth.

When your Crown Chakra is balanced, you feel calm, open, and deeply connected. Life feels more meaningful, and even when s**t does hit the fan, you sense a quiet trust that things will unfold as they should. Total surrender to the Universe!

When it’s out of balance, you might notice:
Feeling disconnected or lost
Struggling to find purpose or meaning

Community is not just a thing of the past.

Since I first created Sacred Moon the goal was to reach as many people as possible with the healing, introduce plant medicines, to build a safe space and to gather a village of like minded souls.

I feel so much emotion knowing that this dream is manifesting into something very real and valued.

Thank you to each and every one of you for being part of our brilliant, brave, slightly bat s**t community. Watching the friendships, support groups and networking blossom as a result of our events makes me warm and fuzzy.

I’ve been catching up on so much work today after the latest cold and flu virus kicked the living s**t out of me!

After an epic weekend of Breathwork & Sound, talking about & planning our future at Sacred Moon/ RYC HQ and working through my ‘to do’ list, I’m really, mega, super excited about everything we have to offer in 2026 and how it will impact our little community.
