Cartomancy the practice of divination using cards - from the French "cartomancie," "carte" (card) and "mancie" (divination).

I have amassed quite a collection of oracle decks over the last few years from the Crystal Tarot Philip Permutt The Crystal Healer to the Magic of Unicorns, So inspired by today I went to pull an oracle card for guidance and wisdom from universe, only then did I realise that all my beautiful decks were at the new therapy room. I knew it was a "thing" so I grabbed Jesse’s playing cards and went down the rabbit hole!

Playing card divination - Using standard 52-card decks, where each suit and number carries specific meanings. Hearts relate to emotions and relationships, clubs to work and achievement, diamonds to material matters and spades to challenges or transformation. I did a simple 3 card spread and the universe delivered!

Ace of Spades • Jack of Hearts • 2 of Diamonds

~ Past (Ace of Spades): Spades represent transformation and obstacles, while Aces are fresh starts/new beginnings.
~ Present (Jack of Hearts): Jacks represent new ideas and messages, Hearts are about emotions/feelings.
~ Future (2 of Diamonds): The 2 represents choices and balance, Diamonds are material/financial.

I'm filled with immense gratitude after spending a truly transformative weekend inspiring and supporting new students taking their first steps on the Reiki path. Thank you for the opportunity, as always you created a safe space of profound healing and growth for everyone involved.
The weekend was made even more special by the presence of the Reiki Level 2 students and my fellow Reiki Master Teachers who shared their experiences and wisdom so generously. Their support and encouragement helped create an atmosphere of community and connection that elevated the entire experience.
What a blessing to be part of this beautiful energy exchange and to witness the beginning of so many healing journeys. The collective energy we created together was truly magical, reminding me once again of the power of Reiki to transform lives.
Thank you Nicci, for your dedication to this sacred practice, for sharing your gifts so openly and to everyone who contributed to making this weekend so special.
The Reiki journey continues, and I'm grateful to walk this path alongside such amazing souls.
