To everyone who joined us for our recent retreat in the beautiful hills of Andalusia, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Each time we gather in this magical place, we are reminded of the incredible power of healing, presence, and connection.

Being a mum is an amazing gift. Becoming a mother to my children has been the highlight of my life, they make me smile, laugh, cry and sometimes scream 😂
