I’ve always adored this time of year.
The subtle shift in the air…
The crisp mornings…
The pull towards focus and fresh intentions.

Maybe it’s the back-to-school energy.
New notebooks, new pens, new beginnings.
There’s something about autumn that makes me want to pause, reflect — and get organised for what’s next.

I’ve been in a season of deep reflection.
Letting go of what no longer fits.
Softening into new rhythms.
And listening closely to what my energy has been asking for.

I haven’t been posting much—and that’s not because I’ve changed my vision.

It’s because I’ve stopped forcing.

What’s emerging now is something new.
More spacious. More aligned. More me.
I’m building something that feels different to what I’ve done before—

A space where high-capacity, heart-led women can reset.
Reconnect.
Re-calibrate.
And rise from a place that feels like truth.

I’ll share more soon.
But for today, this is the start.

Over the last couple of weeks, I found myself needing more space than usual.

Not because I was overwhelmed or unsupported.

But because my body said, “pause.” (It gave me a virus).

The part of me that has spent years leading corporate change programs wanted to push through and ignore it.

The deeper part—the wiser part—knew this was a recalibration.

Not a problem to fix.

In Human Design, I’m a Generator with sacral authority. That means I’m designed to respond to what lights me up—not force my way through when things feel “off”.

And after 25+ years in transformation work, I’ve seen this pattern in almost every woman I work with at some point:

They know something’s off.
But they override it with productivity.
Until illness, overwhelm, and in some cases full burnout, forces a reset.

What if we didn’t wait that long?

What if we allowed and trusted the pause?

The space.

Listened to the wisdom of our bodies.

The sacred yes.
