Almost forgot this is the whole point…

This Mother’s Day I’m reminded that motherhood didn’t look the way I once imagined it would.

My daughter Olivia made me a mum and taught me so much about love.

But when Luis came along, everything changed.

He showed me a kind of love that doesn’t need words…

He also showed me that life isn’t always going to be the way we expect it to be, but we can still live with love
and happiness regardless.

Today looks different for everyone.

Some women are still waiting to become mums.
Some are waking up without theirs.
And some of us are learning that motherhood can look different than we ever imagined.

But love is always the point. 💙

Didn’t get that opportunity? No problem. That’s one step closer.
Client said no? Cool. 98 left.
Someone didn’t believe in you? Fine, let’s keep moving.

What goes into prepping my Power Pilates classes?

My main goal is to ensure my classes 'make sense' anatomically, building intensity gradually while giving you a full-body workout.

My focus is on proper alignment, controlled movement, and breath, working with power and strength rather than flow.

Each class is structured to help you get the most out of your session:
• Warm up
• Main exercise block
• Stretch and reset to finish
