This weekend I had the joy of teaching my very first Reiki 1 training, a beautiful 1:1 session filled with calm, connection and lovely energy.

Originally I had planned to begin my Women’s Circles in November but I’ve decided to start fresh in the new year instead. It feels so much more aligned to gather in January the perfect time to welcome in new energy, set intentions and begin 2026 together in circle. 💚

I’m so excited to share that the first Women’s Circle will now be held on Sunday 11th January and bookings are officially open!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been 6 years since I first discovered reflexology! 👣✨

It all started with a 3 day introduction course with the lovely Katie at Concept Beauty Academy and before I knew it I’d gone on to complete my Level 3. 👣

Now it’s one of my most popular treatments and I’m so glad I took that first step! 👣💚

October Relaunch ~ A new season, new energy 🍂

Autumn always feels like a fresh start to me and I’ve been busy giving my treatment menu and hours a little seasonal refresh. I'm excited to share what’s new with you. 💚🌿

So from the 1st October I will be focusing on the treatments that bring the deepest balance and relaxation:
