I’m feeling so inspired and full of gratitude.

Being part of The Inner Work of Outer Success was such a powerful reminder that everything we create on the outside begins within. The energy in the room, the openness, the honesty and the willingness to do the inner work was just beautiful to witness.

It was a day of reflection, gentle shifts, clarity and connection, the kind of work that stays with you long after the day ends. I’m so grateful to have been part of something so thoughtfully held and deeply meaningful.

All vouchers are valid until the end of March, so if you haven’t already booked your pamper, now is a lovely time to get something in the diary. Availability does fill up quite quickly.

These treatments were created to help you slow down, reset and feel cared for. A beautiful way to ease into the year rather than rush through it. ✨

Appointments booked using a voucher follow the same booking policy as all treatments. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the treatment value will be deducted from the voucher.

Yesterday I held my very first women’s circle and honestly, my heart feels full 🤍

A small group of incredible women came together with such openness, warmth and trust. The space felt calm, supportive and deeply connected, exactly what I’d hoped for. 🤍

I’m so grateful to each woman who showed up and allowed herself to be held in the circle. This is why I do what I do.

More women’s circles will be gently unfolding over the coming months. 🌹

Feeling very grateful and excited today ✨

This weekend marks something really special for me, I’ll be hosting my very first Women’s Circle this Sunday, a space created for connection, rest, reflection and gentle Reiki energy 🤍

And then in February, on Monday 23rd February, I’ll be holding a Reiki Pop-Up at Anew Aesthetics in Dunchurch, offering short, nurturing Reiki sessions throughout the day.

It feels like such a beautiful alignment of everything I love, holding space, supporting women and creating moments of calm in busy lives.

These will be 30 minute Reiki sessions, designed to gently calm your nervous system, release emotional tension and leave you feeling more grounded and supported.

After a beautiful Christmas and New Year spent resting and recharging, I’m easing back into work feeling refreshed and grateful.
