I personally use the chilli and paprika balsam massage gel. It helps to calm my legs after being on my feet all day and stops my spider veins from getting worse. It helps to stimulate blood circulation and soothe sore muscles

I've had a delivery today, no video as I'm full of cold with a croaky voice.
