Just been pottering in the apothecary and made a little botanical perfume salve for my small human, who’s suddenly very into perfume 💫

I used the wonderful book Aroma Alchemy by for my recipe, and kept everything simple, natural and gentle, because I’d much rather her first scents come from plants than the hormone-disrupting rubbish we’re sold everywhere else.

Blended with my favourite essential oils (always my go-to), and I ended up making a few tiny pots for her curious friends too. Little rituals, shared, to help protect their little bodies 🌱

This is what Wildnote Alchemy is about for me, slowing down, choosing better, and letting nature back into everyday life 🤍

Tonight the dark turns.
The longest night, the ancient pause.

In old pagan traditions, this is when the rituals began. When fires were lit, intentions were set, and the return of the light was welcomed slowly, night by night.

I’ll be burning a Yule log later (which was crafted with intention for last Thursdays sound bath) and beginning a 12-night solstice ritual of intention, reflection, and becoming.

This blend isn’t a cure or a cleanse.
It’s just something warm I made for myself.

Dandelion leaf, chamomile, hibiscus, lavender. Plants I trust, and brewed slowly. A reminder that tending to yourself can be simple and still meaningful.

Over the years I’ve learnt how much of my own light I dimmed, sometimes without even realising.
For people. For situations. For comfort.
And honestly… I’m done with that.

Now I see it so clearly in others too, especially during my sound baths. The way so many of us shrink without meaning to, or forget the power we carry.
It’s like watching people remember themselves in real time.

And the moment you take your light back, even just a little, you can feel things shifting.
Opportunities start to open.
People respond differently.
Your path begins to clear in ways you never expected.

I can feel that happening for me right now.
Something is moving.
Something good.
And I know it’s because I’m finally choosing to stand in what’s mine.
My energy, my intuition, my worth.

✨ Wildnote Alchemy Presents: A Night with Hecate ✨

Last night’s private sound bath was pure alchemy. A circle of women, courageously opening their hearts, guided by the energy of Hecate, the torchbearer of transformation.

Through sound, meditation, and intention, each woman travelled deep within, meeting visions, messages, and profound translations from their soul. The room shimmered with courage, sisterhood, and awakening. 🌙

As always, magic weaves itself in ways we don’t expect, each guest received a mini elephant talisman, symbolising strength, wisdom, and protection. Only afterwards did we discover that our beautiful host holds a deep personal connection to elephants, a divine alignment that felt like a blessing straight from spirit 🐘✨

This morning, our group chat has been overflowing with reflections of empowerment, spaciousness, and soul awakening. Reminders of the power we unlock when we gather in circle, listen deeply, and allow sound to guide us home.

Thank you to the radiant women who joined and to our incredible host for holding such a safe and nurturing space. 🌕

Happy Full Moon 🌕 tonight’s energy feels powerful, illuminating, and full of release.

This particular moon feels deeply aligned for me. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been creating space, letting go of old habits, thoughts, and energies that no longer serve the person I’m becoming. The full moon has a way of shining light on what we’re ready to release, and what we’re ready to grow into.

If you’d like to mark the energy of tonight’s moon, here’s a simple ritual you can try at home:
🕯️ Find a quiet space and light a candle.
🖊️ Write down one thing you’re ready to let go of, and one intention you’d like to nurture.
💨 Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine releasing what no longer serves you.
🌿 Keep your intention somewhere visible. Areminder of what you’re calling in.

The moon reminds us that endings and beginnings often happen at the same time.

Affirmation: I am aligned, grounded, and open to all that is meant for me. 🌕
