My journey so far. 11 months ago I was

Type 2 diabetic
Had high blood pressure
Overweight
Long history of using anti depressants
Unfit
Generally fed up.

Now I'm 22kg lighter, no longer diabetic or pre diabetic, fully off anti depressants for the first time in 20 years , normal blood pressure, feeling happy & healthy 💚
