Last year I participated in writing a Menopause research paper on how BC can help alleviate Menopause symptoms with Tracey LC Wilson, Emma Barwick and Vickie.
We did the client session, collated the data, turned it into a research paper and waited for it to be accepted by a medical journal

Fantastic day yesterday working with Leanor from Shropshire Sound Therapy Allison Timmins from wholistic wellbeing and Clare from Massage by Clare delivering a retreat day to a fantastic group of women.
It was a calm , relaxing and healing space enjoyed by everyone who attended.
