Sharing yoga with adults with learning disabilities asks something deeper of us as practitioners: presence, steadiness, and a way of being that supports regulation and connection.

This training is built around you as much as the practices you’ll learn.

This 3‑month certificated training is for yoga teachers, support workers, OTs, physios, and anyone supporting adults with learning disabilities who wants to feel confident, skilled, and resourced in their approach. (no prior yoga experience required)
