Fellas, mark your calendars!
On Sunday 12th April, the Thrive Guys are heading to Malham Cove in Yorkshire for our fourth walk of the year and you’re invited.
Here’s what’s in store:
The Route: A scenic circular walk through limestone cliffs, rolling valleys and stunning natural features. We’ll take in the famous Malham Cove limestone amphitheatre and if we’re up for it, the nearby Janet’s Foss waterfall.
The Distance: Around 5–6 miles, perfect for a solid walk that challenges you but leaves you feeling energised.
What to Bring: Just yourself, a packed lunch, a drink and layers for whatever Yorkshire weather throws at us. Comfortable walking shoes are a must!
But it’s not just about the walk.
Men’s lives are busy. Work, family, responsibilities… it’s easy to get caught up and feel disconnected.
This walk is a chance to:
Step away from screens and stress and enjoy fresh air and nature.
Build genuine connection with other men in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
Share stories, laughs and encouragement, knowing you’re in good company.
Recharge physically and mentally, returning home feeling stronger and more focused.
There’s no cost, no sign-up, no agenda just great company, a fantastic walk and a day to reconnect with yourself and others.
If this sounds like your kind of Sunday, send us a message and we’ll send you all the details. Come along, bring a friend if you like and let’s make it a day to remember!
