                                            ๐ World Mental Health Day raises the awareness of support systems available and the importance of accessing this support whenever itโs needed. 
๐ If you can do one thing today, check in on someone you care about. Drop them a text, share a TikTok quote to them, ask them to go for a walk, a coffee or even a 2 minute call on your lunch.
