Lovely knit and knatter session today, needles were busy, yarn was flying and somehow there wasnt quite alot of natter, which meant for a calm, cosy catch up with plenty of stitches cups of tea and lots of progress made

Enjoyed an afternoon of exercise to Irish Music with musical instruments. Makes me so happy to see people smiling and engaging. I have been asked to do this again! So I guess approval!
