Are you slowing down your progress without realising it?
If you want to improve your health:
- Lose the weight
- Get fitter
- Reduce stress
- Sleep better
- Improve gut health
You don't just want to be:
- Eating nutritious, whole foods
- Exercising more
- Having a regular sleep schedule
- Consuming pro and pre-biotics
While these are all great, if you are doing them with a dysregulated nervous system then you won't see their full effect and you won't achieve optimal health.
