Are you slowing down your progress without realising it?

If you want to improve your health:
- Lose the weight
- Get fitter
- Reduce stress
- Sleep better
- Improve gut health

You don't just want to be:
- Eating nutritious, whole foods
- Exercising more
- Having a regular sleep schedule
- Consuming pro and pre-biotics

While these are all great, if you are doing them with a dysregulated nervous system then you won't see their full effect and you won't achieve optimal health.

There will be lots of different stalls you can choose from. You can even treat yourself and try taster sessions to various treatments (massage, reiki, reflexology AND NVT 😉).
