It’s weird isn’t it? Although you KNOW it’s ok to ask for help, it sometimes feels impossible. You might feel embarrassed, worried you are being a burden or maybe you simply don’t know how to. You’re not alone in this, many of my clients feel the same.
So, remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. And no matter what you are struggling with- a personal or relationship issue, difficulties at work or you just need someone to talk to, don’t be afraid to reach out to a friend, a family member or a therapist like me.
We all need help sometimes, and there is no shame in asking for it. When it is for our physical health we don’t hesitate do we? Remember, health is health ❤️
